Trayvon Martin’s mother, Sybrina Fulton, has been vocal about her son’s untimely death. But now she’s getting her message across in a new way…through song.
On Tuesday, Fulton, along with gospel artist T-D.O.G.G., released “Joy in the Morning” in honor of the slain teenager.
Even though Fulton doesn’t sing on the track, she does lend her voice to inspirational messages at the beginning and of the song. Earlier this week, Fulton spoke out against New York’s stop-and-frisk policy.
“Joy in the Morning” debuted on Florida’s Hot 105 radio station, according to Huffington Post. You can listen to it here:
